GAMEAZY Privacy Policy:

  • Devices for sale or trade on Gameazy application must have the basic pieces to operate the device.
  • By accepting this Policy you authorize GAMEAZY and GAMEAZY subsidiaries platforms to register you as a user and to list and sell your products on your behalf.
  • The casual user of any Gameazy application must clearly state the condition of the devices, games or accessories displayed, and disclose any shortage of accessories, if any.
  • Gameazy has the right to stop or prohibit the circulation of any product without notice.
  • Gameazy has the right to ban any user without prior notice.
  • Gameazy advises users under the age of 18 to accompany their parents or adult during any sale, purchase or exchange.
  • Gameazy advises all users of the application to check people before dealing with them.
  • Gameazy recommends that users of the application test or perform any necessary testing of any product before completing the purchase or trade.
  • Gameazy disclaims any claims relating to the Product (including music, images, data or otherwise stored on the device)
  • Gameazy disclaims any claim for loss or use of an unauthorized password, use or disclosure of any personal or private data or information stored on the device.
  • Gameazy disclaims any responsibility for any sale, purchase or exchange outside the platform.
  • Any user of the Gameazy Platform must be familiar with any suspicious process, reporting to the Platform administrator directly.
  • The administration of the Gameazy Platform shall be entitled to add or modify fees for services provided to users through the Platform, without prior notice.
  • It is strictly prohibited to add inappropriate responses or comments or to defame modesty, defamation or insult, whatever the reasons or justifications.
  • Private messaging is strictly prohibited for purposes not authorized by the competent authorities in all countries where Gameazy services are available.
  • Private messaging is strictly prohibited for promotional or advertising purposes.

  • It is strictly forbidden to trade pirated and unauthorized accounts of manufacturers, and therefore the user bears full responsibility in the case of legal actions.
  • It is strictly forbidden to trade suspicious disks, counterfeit and non-licensed disks by the manufacturers.
  • All goods prohibited by the competent authorities in all countries where Gameazy services are available is strictly prohibited.
  • Any health-related material, whether licensed or unlicensed by the competent authorities in all countries where Gameazy services are available, is strictly prohibited.

  • Any purchases that contain digital keys such as (games, gift cards, and prepaid cards) or any products delivered via the platform, email, mobile messages, or any other available means that can’t be exchanged or refunde.
  • All purchases such as (electronic vouchers, gift cards) can be used for one time only.
  • All purchases such as (electronic vouchers, gift cards) contain codes whose codes must be entered exactly as shown.
  • GAMEAZY or any of its subsidiary are not responsible for any wrong purchases that you may have made yourself, due to negligence or entering false information or wrong information or any other reason that may lead to damage or loss through the purchase of any products provided by the company GAMEAZY or its subsidiary companies such as (electronic vouchers, cards, gifts, prepaid cards, games ... etc.), and GAMEAZY store is not obligated to refund or replace any product whose code has been sent to you for the same reasons previously mentioned, and accordingly YOU MAY HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE TOTAL DISCLAIMER OF GAMEAZY AND ITS SUBSIDIARY.
  • You must carefully read the description of any product offered by GAMEAZY store or its subsidiary and make sure that the purchases you have chosen are correct.
  • After the product is delivered, GAMEAZY is not responsible for the loss, or damage of electronic goods purchased from the GAMEAZY store or its subsidiary, or for any reason that the buyer may suffer for these reasons, and GAMEAZY does not bear any card that was not correct if the purchase exceeded 24 An hour from the moment of purchase.
